摘　　要：合并后的高校档案工作面对许多新问题、新矛盾、新要求、新内容,本文试从更新档案观念,加强档案管理,重新整合等几方面阐述如何搞好高校合并后的档案工作的对策。More new challenges are faced in the amalgamation universities,such as new questions,new controversy, new request and new contents.Archives philosophy must be refreshed;high educational archives must be re-adjusted and archives management must be strengthened to ensure doing well for high educational archives.
