摘　　要：食品安全在现代社会中占有极其重要的地位,非食品添加剂的有机化工颜料苏丹红在即食食品和调味剂中被频频检出,引起了人们的极大关注。因此,作为消费者有必要对苏丹红类非食用有机色素的组成,结构,特性及对人体的危害有一定得了解。The food's safety has a very important status in the modern social life.Sudan red-The organic chemical engineering pigment of no food the coloring agent is often picked out in the food and the agent of regulated taste,as has been paid big attention to.So it is necessary for customers to have a certain.Knowledge about the composition,structure character and hart to person of the non-food organic pigment.
