摘　　要：本文从国有公司制企业的形成背景出发,分析国有公司制企业产权结构特征所引起的问题,指出优化和创新产权结构的建议,并强调国有公司制企业产权改革应在正当性和合法性的基础上进行。The dissertation analyses the problem that has been brought by feature of the government owned corporation system under the special backround,points out the suggestions of optimization and creation in property right structure.Emphasize that government owned corporation system reformation must carry out under legitimation.
