我国教育现状及教育投入问题的实证研究

摘　　要：教育对经济增长与社会进步极为重要,改革开放以来我国政府十分重视教育事业的发展,在教育方面的投入力度不断加大。但仍存在很多不足,最主要是教育投入总量不能满足需要,投入结构不合理,这直接导致我国教育水平低下、劳动者素质不高,进而影响了我国的国际竞争力。本文从实证角度分析了我国教育与劳动者素质现状及教育投入中存在的问题,并对此提出了一些建议。Education is extremely important to economic growth and social progress. Since Reform and Opening-up, Chinese government has attached great importance to the development of education. The investment on education is growing constantly. But this is far from enough-as the total amount of the investment on education can not satisfy the demand. This directly causes the lower level of education, Iow quality of labor forces, and then has influence on the international competitiveness of China. This text has analyzed the current situation of education and laborers' quality and the seriously insufficient input in education in terms of real example. And has put forward some suggestions on this.
