摘　　要：针对高校体育教育质量的现状,结合高校体育教学和学生实际,从提高体育教师的整体素质、坚持“以学生为本”的教育理念和培养终身体育意识等方面,提出如何提高高校体育教学质量的几点意见,供同行参考。This paper is based on the analysis of current situation of PE in colleges, combined with the theories of PE teaching and the reality of college students, the author puts forward the opinions of improving the qualifications of staff, sticking to the 'student -centered'teaching principle and cultivating the ideas of lifelong PE to improve the teaching quality of PE in colleges.
