摘　　要：为推进我省体育科研工作的发展,通过调查分析,发现我省高校体育教师对科研重要性认识不足,缺乏正确的科研目的与动机,科研基本能力较差;部门管理与协调不力,科研经费严重短缺;改变目前的落后状态,应树立现代科研意识,解决现存问题,营造高校体育科研氛围。In order to advance the development of sports research work of our province, through investigating and analyzing, we found university' s sports teacher of our province had insufficient understanding of scientific research importance, lacked correct scientific research purpose and motive, the basic ability of scientific research was relatively bad, the department managing and coordinating was not good, had serious shortage of the cost of scientific research. In order to change the present backward state, we should establish modem scientific research consciousness, solve the existing problem, and build university s sports and scientific research atmosphere.
