摘　　要：健美操是普通高校女生选项课一项重要内容,如何能够为学生提供优质的课堂学习环境是广大健美操教师面临的一项亟待解决的问题,本文试从教学指导思想、教学内容、教学方法以及考试内容等4个方面进行构思和设计,以期为健美操教学提供一定的参考依据。Calisthenics is an important content of female students' elective course in colleges and universities. How to offer the students the excellent study circumstance is a urgent problem which the teacher must face. The authors conceive and design four aspects, such as form leaching guided ideology, teaching contents, teaching methods and examine contents in order to offer reference base for calisthenics teaching.
