摘　　要：从课题背景、理论依据、改革思路、结构体系、教学改革、实验范围及成果特色等七个方面 ,对该课题的研究进行总结。对如何通过教学内容和课程体系改革 ,贯彻“健康第一”指导思想 。The author tries to draw a conclusion from its seven aspects:the background,basic theory,trait of thought of reform,construction,teaching reforms,range and features.And the conclusion may be useful in training teachers that for the program are suitbale for the new tasks of P.E.teaching in primary schools and high schools by reforming the content and system of course and by implementing the guiding ideology:'Good Health First.
