脑泰营养素治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究脑泰营养素(NTN)对急性缺血性脑卒中患者改善神经功能及提高生活质量的疗效。方法选择急性缺血性脑卒中患者33例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用脑泰营养素。分别比较治疗前及治疗1、2疗程后神经功能缺损程度(NDS)和日常生活活动量评分(ALD)(Barthel指数)。结果治疗组患者神经功能和生活质量改善优于对照组。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用脑泰营养素可明显改善急性缺血脑卒中患者神经功能,提高生活质量。Obuective To observe the clinical erfficacy of Nao Tai Nutrient in (NTN) in treating patient with acute ischemic stroke. Methods 33 patients with acute ischemic stroke participated in the study. The patients were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. Both groups were adminestered the routine treatment. Patients of treatment group were given NTN. The NDS and ADL were measured at the before and the after of the study. Results The neurological function and quality of life of the treatment group were noticeably improved. In comparison with the control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusions NTN can obviously improve the neurological function an quality of life of patients with acute ischemic stroke combined with routine treatment.
