“净常乐牌水苏糖冲剂”对实验小鼠免疫调节作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　了解“净常乐牌水苏糖冲剂”对实验小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法　采用《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》 (卫生部 1997年 )中免疫调节作用检验方法进行。结果“净常乐牌水苏糖冲剂”在 0 2 5g/(kg bw)～ 1 0 0g/(kg bw)剂量范围内 ,经 3 0d灌胃小鼠 ,细胞免疫功能测定结果为阴性 :绵羊红细胞 (SRBC)诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应 (DTH)实验结果为阳性 (P <0 0 1) ,ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验 (MTT)结果为阴性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;体液免疫功能测定结果为阳性 :抗体生成细胞检测 (PFC)及血清溶血素的测定结果均为阳性 (P <0 0 5或P<0 0 1) ;单核 -巨噬细胞功能测定结果为阳性 ;小鼠碳廓清实验结果为阳性 (P <0 0 1) ,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验为阳性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论　“净常乐牌水苏糖冲剂”Obitctive To Understand the immunonegulatory function of Jingchangle stachyosic granules on mouse Method Test of immunoregulatory function was used acconling to Funclion Evalumion procedure and Methods of Health Food issued by Ministry of Health,1997 Result Using the dosage of 0 25g/(kg bw)-1 00g/(kg bw)and feeding 30 d ,the function test of cellular immunology of Jingchangle stachycsic granules (JSG)on mouse was negative SRBC induce DTH test proved to be positive( P < 0 01) ConA induce test of MTT was negative Body fluid immunologic test proved to be positive FFC and Serum hemolysin test were both positlve( P <0 05 or P <0 01) The funclional test of Mononuclear phagocytic cell was posive The resu,lt of mouse Carbon Clearance test was positive( P <0 01),and Macrophage'spower of swallowing chicken red blood cell in mouse's abdominal cavity test was also positive( P <0 05 or P <0 01) Conclution Jingchangle stachyosie granules has immunorepressive function
