摘　　要：融资困难是阻碍中国的中小企业发展的瓶颈所在。导致这种困难的原因是多方面的,包括政府、金融机构和企业自身。要解决中小企业融资困难,需要构建有效的金融支持政策和企业金融政策,政府、金融机构、金融服务中介等相关的机构共同帮助中小企业克服困难,加快发展。the difficulties in financing is a general problem hampering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. There are many causes leading to the difficulties, including government, financial organizations and the enterprise itself as well. Effective financial supporting policies and enterprise financing policies should be well stipulated, while relative organizations should overcome all difficulties and better promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
