摘　　要：在分析健康含义与心理健康标准的基础上,提出我国大学生心理健康方面存在的问题,强调提高大学生对心理健康标准的认识,并提出通过体育教学加强学生心理素质培养,加强大学生心理健康教育的对策。The auther discuss the content of health and the standard of mental health, anlayze the problem existed in mental health of college students,point out that students' mental quality can be strengthen through PE teaching, then give out some ceantermeasure about it.
