摘　　要：介绍我国食品添加剂工业企业的数量、职工人数、产量和产值等基本情况,以及八大类食品添加剂进出口量、生产量、主要生产厂家和使用卫生标准。The article gives detailed description of the basic condition of the quantity of food additive enterprises,the number of workers,production quantity and production value and illustrates.The export quantity,production quantity,major manufacturers and applied sanitary standard of eight kinds of food additive.
