低位直肠癌Miles术后会阴部复发23例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨低位直肠癌Miles术后会阴部复发原因及预防。方法　分析 10 8例低位直肠癌行Miles术后 ,其中复发 2 3例。结果　术后复发的 2 3例中DukesC期 15例 ,病理分型 ,腺癌 18例 ,未分化癌 5例。结论　癌旁组织及淋巴组织 ,清扫不彻底 ,是低位直肠癌Miles术后会阴部复发的主要原因。Objective To discuss the reusorl and the prevention after Miles operation for patients with rectal cancer of low position.Methods 108 cases after resection for rectal cancer of low position by miles in our hospitial.According to analyze,23 had recurrence post-operatively.Results Among the recurrent cases,Dukes C was in 15 cases,the pathological grading showed:adenocarcionorna 18 cases,undifferentiated carcinoma 5 cases.Conclusion The main reason of perineum recurrence after miles operation is closely related with various factors.Such as tissue of cancerous siding and tissue of lymfh was debrided imcompletely in operation.
