摘　　要：本文对无意识教育的具体实施提出了三个原则:往复观照--双向投射论:平等参与--角色趋同 论;画龙点睛--适度启发论。This thesis sums up the implanting principle of the unconscious education : argument of reciprocal-project and the role's changing alike; argument of the suitable enlightenment.
