摘　　要：高校知识女性心理素质结构不仅包含了人的一般心理素质,而且也体现了职业和性别特点。它是复杂的、多维度的,维度之间又互相联系、互相制约的系统;也是以生理条件为基础而形成的,由外在的转化为内在的具有稳定性、职业性、性别角色性特征的适应性系统。:The construction of mental quality of intellectual females in the universities and colleges not only embodies the common mental quality,but also shows the characteristics of occupation and sexual distinction.It is complex multi-dimensional system in which all the dimensions are related to and interacted with each other.And it is based on the physical condition and transforms from externalism to internality.It is an adaptive system,which possesses the characteristics of stability,occupation and the role of sex.
