乳腺癌P27kip 1蛋白表达及预后意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织P2 7kip 1表达对评估其预后的意义。　方法采用免疫组化Envision(二步法 ) ,检测 74例乳腺癌组织P2 7kip 1蛋白的表达水平。　结果 74例中 ,P2 7kip 1低表达者 43例 (5 8% ) ,生存期≤ 5年者 14例 ,死亡率为 32 5 6 % (14/ 43) ;高表达者 31例 (42 % ) ,生存期≤ 5年者 2例 ,死亡率为 6 45 % (2 / 31)。乳腺癌P2 7kip 1蛋白表达水平与肿块大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、预后相关 (P <0 0 5 )。　结论乳腺癌P2 7kip 1低度表达者的预后较高度表达者差 。Objective To study the expression of P27kip 1 in breast carcinomas and its implication in prognosis. Methods We detected P27kip 1 protein levels in the tissues of 74 breast carcinomas by immunohistochemistry. Results 43 (58%) out of 74 cases expressed lower levels, and the survival time was less than five years in 14 cases. The mortality rate was 32 56% (14/43); 31 cases (42%)expressed higher levels, and the survival time was less than five years. The mortality rate was 6 45%(2/31). The P27kip 1 protein expression levels in breast carcinomas was closely related to the size of the tumors, histological grade, lymphatic metastasis and prognosis ( P <0 05). Conclusion The prognosis breast carcinoma with a low P27kip 1 expression is worse than that with a high expression. The expression level can be used as an effective predictor.
