我国公共教育投资就业效应的实证研究

摘　　要：针对我国人力资本供需结构失衡问题,本文采用协整分析方法和误差修正模型对我国公共教育投资的就业效应进行实证分析。研究结果表明:公共教育投资的总体就业效应较弱,但对第二产业就业促进效应较显著,而对第一、三产业就业量影响较小。为此,要在进一步加大公共教育投入总量的前提下,调整专业结构,优化投资结构,提高就业容量,稳步提高教育投入对第三产业就业的促进效果。This article focuses on the empirical research about the effects of public education investment to economic structure, by using econometric tools of cointegration analysis and VECM. The results indicate that the effects are weak, but stronger to the employment of the second industry than the first and third industry. So we suggest adjusting specilization structure on the basis of adding public education investment and strengthening the effects of education investment to the third industry employment.
