摘　　要：培养公安院校学生的创新精神和创新能力,是提高学生综合素质,适应新时期公安工作需要的必然要求。这就需要改革创新公安院校德育目标,服务于公安创新人才培养;改革创新德育内容,培养学生的创造性人格;改革创新德育观念,确定有利于学生创造性发展的德育观。充分发挥教师在改革创新公安院校德育、培养创新型人才中的关键作用。To train the enterprising spirit and creative ability for students of public security schools andcolleges is the inevitable demand for improving the student's comprehensive quality and for adapting to theneeds of the new period public security work.It is necessary to innovate the goal of moral education in policeschools and colleges,so as to serve the training of innovative talent;to innovate the content of moral educa-tion so as to train the student's creative character;to innovate our sense of responsibility to moral education soas to establish the outlook on moral education that does good to the student's creative development;to bringinto full play the teacher's key role in innovating moral education and training enterprising talent in policeschools and colleges.
