摘　　要：为提高我国体育师资的整体水平 ,造就符合 2 1世纪需要、适应体育教育发展的人才 ,体育成人教育应该发挥更为有效的作用。通过分析体育成人教育工作中存在的一些问题 ,对如何进一步发挥体育成人教育作用的对策进行了探讨。WT5BZ] The system of continuing education of P.E. teachers should be more effective in order to improve the level of all P.E. teachers in the country and produce the qualified physical educators who will meet the requirements of education developments as well as the requirements of the 21th century. This research explored the ways of making the continuing education of P.E. teachers more effective by the analysis of the existing problems in current continuing education.
