摘　　要：德国的高等教育在世界享有盛誉,"以人为本"的办学思想和教学理念是德国大学教育的核心,德国大学的教育中处处体现着这种"以人为本"的办学思想和教学理念。Higher education in Germany enjoys the high reputation in the world. The ＂people-oriented＂ school thought and teaching idea are the core of the German higher education. The education in the German universities manifests the ＂people-oriented＂ school thought and teaching idea.
