摘　　要：重庆市人民政府1997年颁布的《重庆市鼓励外商投资若干优惠政策》,本刊1998年第三、第四两期曾分别全文刊登中文、英文版。为了配合’99中国重庆投资贸易洽谈会的宣传,现再次刊登这一优惠政策文件,同时刊出1998年颁布的《重庆市鼓励外商投资若干优惠政策补充规定》。这些规定包括投资领域、审批权限、税收、工商登记、外汇管理和信贷、土地和房产、生产经营、开发性移民、物资进出口、劳动人事、矿产资源开发等方面,欲知其详,请细读这两个文件。Editor's note:'Several preferential policies of Chongqing to encourage foreign investment' was carried in Issue Ⅲ/Ⅳ, 1998 of our magazine. To support the propaganda of'99 China Chongqing Investment & Trade Fair, we are publishing the document again as well as tbe supplements of the document issued in 1998. These regulations cover field for investment, approval authority, taxation, industrial and commercial registration, foreign exchange administration and credit, land and real estate, production and management, developable migration, import and export, labour and personnel, development of mineral resources, etc. Refer to the documents for details.
