摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展和完善，高等学校人才素质培养必须考虑社会需求这一现实问题，应该对大学生基本素质有一个切合实际的科学认识和要求，研究并规定其范畴。Along with the consistent influence of socialist market economy on genius market, There exists the actual problem that the personality cultivation of high must be seriously considered. For raising the excellent quality of college students requested by social development, we should actually render the scientific consideratlon to basic quality of university students, study and confine this issue.
