摘　　要：高师体育学院教学工作是学校工作的主旋律,提高教学质量是学校工作永恒的主题。加强科学化教学管理是培养21世纪合格人才及学校赖以生存和发展的关键。深入研究有关教学管理的理论问题,对实现教学管理科学化,提高管理水平,提高教育、教学质量,达到教育目的,完成培养任务,都具有十分重要的意义。This paper points out: In P. E institute of teachers university, teaching work is of vital importance and impoving the quality of teaching is the eternal subjct. In order to foster the qualified person of the 21st certury we must strengthen the scientific teaching management, because it affects the existence and development of the institute. It is necessary to study the theory of teaching management thoroughly. It has great significance to realize the scientifiction of teaching management, raise management standard, enhance the quality of teaching, achieve the purpose of the educcition and accomplish the training task.
