内眼术后冷敷的实验和临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨内眼术后冷敷方法并观察其临床效果，对６只家兔眼实验研究，并应用于临床。内眼术后２０ｍｉｎ开始冷敷，持续１２０ｍｉｎ，对比观察３０例６０眼。结果表明：冷敷时兔眼结膜囊温度最大下降４．５℃，前房内温度最大下降３．２℃。如维持结膜囊和前房内温度下降值不低于最大值的５０％，则乙醇冰袋每２０ｍｉｎ需更换１次，甘油冰袋每４０ｍｉｎ更换１次。临床观察冷敷组（３０眼）患者的自觉症状、术后刺激征和房水混浊程度均较未冷敷组（３０眼）明显减轻。自制价廉易取的乙醇或甘油冰袋进行内眼术后冷敷，可增加患者舒适感。To find appropriate cooling method after endophthalmic surgery and observe its clinical effects.We undergo experimental eye ball cooling of 6 rabbits and clinical observation of cooling effect after endophthalmic surgery with the self-made ice-cold bag(-20).The result showed that the maximum postcooling temperature decrease was 4.5 in the conjunctival sac,3.2 in the anterior chamber.To maitain 50% or more significant cooling effect the authors had change the ethyl cold bag(-20) every 20 minutes and glycerin cold bag (-20) every 40 minutes in the cooling period.The symptoms,stimulus sign and aqueous humor turbidity of the cooling group were markedly decreased than that of the control group.Suitable cooling after endophthamic surgery with ethyl or glycerin is cheap,easy and more comfortable and induce less inflammation of the eye.
