凋亡基因fas在胃癌及癌旁组织中的不同表达及意义

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学ＳＡＢＣ方法，对６３ 例胃癌及癌旁组织中的ｆａｓ基因的不同表达情况进行了研究。结果显示：凋亡基因ｆａｓ在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织（ｘ２＝ １５７９，Ｐ＜ ００５），在不同分级的胃癌之间其阳性率无显著差异，而癌旁组织之间的ｆａｓ表达则有显著差异（Ｐ＜ ００１），结果提示：低分化胃癌癌旁组织具有活跃的凋亡活动，有利于癌组织直接播散。We had studied the expression and significance of apoptosis related gene fas in gastric carcinoma and its peritumor tissue by employing Streptavidin Biotin peroxidase complex (SABC) method. In 63 cases of gastric carcinoma positive rate of fas was significantly higher than that of peritumor tissues(x 2=15 79,P<0 05). There was no obvious difference between expression of different differentiated groups of gastric carcinoma. The results suggest that apoptosis related gene fas may play a role in the modulation of apoptosis in gastric carcinoma.\;
