COLOCALIZATION OF NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHASE IN GNRH NEURONS OF RAT FOREBRAIN AND HYPOTHALAMUS

摘  要:In order to gain more information about the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on GnRH release, double NADPH diaphorase histochemistry GnRH immunohistochemistry staining was used to investigate the morphological relationship between NO synthase (NOS) containing cells and GnRH neurons in the forebrain and hypothalamus of rats.
