摘  要:将40只体重20~24g昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,在建立急性低压缺氧导致小鼠学习记忆障碍模型基础上,采用跳台和避暗两种实验方法观察了苯妥英钠(DPH)对小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响.结果表明,急性低压缺氧(8km,停留30min)可导致小鼠学习记忆障碍;灌服DPH(40mg/kg)有一定的防治作用.Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and models of learning and memory impairment induced by hypobaric hypoxia were established. The protective effects of di-phenylhydantoin (DPH) on the learning and memory impairment were studied by step-down test and step-through test. The result indicated that hypobaric hypoxia (stop at 8 km for 30 min) could induce learning and memory impairment in mice while DPH (40 mg/kg) could protect the learning and memory function from the injury.
