摘  要:目的:研究P_(53)基在在鼻良恶性病变的表达。方法:应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术,对鼻炎性增生组织17例、乳头状瘤9例和鼻鳞癌组织35例的P_(53)基因蛋白表达进行定量研究,结果显示:1鼻良性病变 P_(53)表达量明显低于鼻鳞癌; 2.P_(53)表达阳性率和表达量与鼻鳞癌病理组织学分级密切相关;3.P_(53)表达量与鼻鳞癌 DNA倍体相关,非整倍体肿瘤 P_(53)表达量高于二倍体肿瘤。结论:P_(53)基因蛋白表达能区分鼻良恶性肿瘤及鼻恶性肿瘤病理组织学分级,同时还与DNA倍体相关。Objectives: To study the expression of P_(53) gene in tissues of benign and malignant nasal dis- eases. Methods: The protein expressions of P_(53) gene were quantitatively analyzed by using flow cy- tometry and cellular immunofluorescence staining technique, in tissue samples from 17 cases of na- sal inflammatory proliferation, 9 cases of nasal papilloma, 35 cases of nasal squamous cancer and 10 cases of normal nasal mucosa tissues. Results: (1)The expression level of P_(53) gene in benign nasal disease tissues was lower than that in nasal squamous cancer tissues. (2) The rate of positive ex- pression of P_(53) and the expression quantity were correlated to the histopathologic grading of nasal squamous cancer. (3) The quantity of P_(53) protein expression was associated with DNA ploidy in nasal squamous cancer; that in aneuploid tumors was higher than that in diploid ones. Conclusion: P_(53) protein expression might be hopeful to become a parameter for distinguishing benign from ma- lignant nasal tumors, and the histopathologic grading of nasal squamous cancer is probably correlat- ed to the DNA ploidy of the cancer cells.
