摘　　要：本文评介了人本主义方法及其人格理论的某些重要方面，包括自我表露和真实──理想自我的和谐一致，揭示了人们在表露自己时所遵循的社会原则；自我表露与个人调节、健康的关系；真实──理想自我与善于调节、认知发展的关系。THis article focues on some important aspects of the humanistic approach together with its personality theory, including self-disclosure and the congruency of real self and ideal self, etc.Researches have revealed some social principles that goverm self-disclosure,namely,the relationship among self0disclosure, self-adjustment and health;the relationship of real self and ideal self with skillful self-adjustment and cognitive development;etc.
