摘 要:经镜检、单株成对回交、混系繁殖到4代,滇输1号A中出现0.375%的散粉株,散粉株染色正常和 不正常的花粉粒几乎各占50%,且自交结实正常,形态特征和不育系、保持系极其相似。用散粉株和不育系测 交,F代结实正常。散粉株、A/散粉株、保持系单株产量差异不显著,但它们和榆杂29的单株产量存在极显著差 异。采用单株镜检、成对回交、混系繁殖辅以在开花期和收获期去除散粉株的方法,可以使滇榆1号A的纯度基 本得到保证。F of Dianyu 1A from the mixing pedigrees reproduction after pollen inspecting under microscope and plant to plant pairing, there is still 0.375% MS normal pollen plant (NPP) among A line. Nearly half of them are normal stained pollen in the NPP. The form resemble one another among NPP, A and B. F of A/NPP show normal seed setting. The yield variation among the NPP, A/NPP and B is not dominant, but significantly lower than the yield of hybrid rice Yuza 29. The purity of Dianyu 1A can be ensured generally by inspecting single plant pollen, pairing backcross, mixing pedigrees reproduction along with eradicating the MS normal pollen plants during the period of blooming and harvesting.
