贝尼尔缓释剂的研制及对牛瑟氏泰勒虫病防治效果的研究

摘　　要：本试验首次用β-环糊精制备了贝尼尔缓释剂,并用于牛瑟氏泰勒虫病的防治上。首次制备兔抗贝尼尔血清,用免疫学方法检测贝尼尔在动物体内的消长情况.免疫学检测结果表明,该缓释剂的缓释效果比水剂组约延长1倍;本地牛按3mg·kg^(-1)体重剂量,外地牛按5mg·kg^(-1)体重剂量,进行肌肉注射,预防效果达100%.A kind of Berenil-inclusion-complex was compounded by the use of β-cyciodex- tran.Immunological tests in cattle showed that Berenil-oil-emulsion and Berenil-inclusion- complex could prolong pharmacutical effect by 1 and 0.71 time of Berenil wcter aqua,re- spectively.The field protection tests showed,the protective ratio of Berenil-oil-emulsion and Berenil-inclusion-complex for cattle's Theileria sergenti disease within tow months af- ter administration could reach 100% with local cattle and external cattle's doses being 3 mg·kg^(-1),5 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.Rabbit anti-Berenil serum was obtained for the first time,and the metabolics of Berenil in animals bodies was examined by immunological methods.
