昆明市部分中成药微生物污染状况及其有关因素调查

摘　　要：通过对临床常用的六味地黄丸等１５种中成药蜜丸随机抽样调查表明，３３％的被检药丸未达到我国《药品卫生标准》，具有不同程度的细菌及霉菌污染．由于微生物在自然界中分布广泛，故中成药蜜丸被污染的途径及原因也很多．如原材料、生产条件、制药人员的素质、成药包装、成药的贮存条件等，针对这些污染环节及污染因素，如何避免用药造成新的疾患，是目前应引起足够重视的问题．A random sampling investigation into more than fifteen patent boluses from powdered chinese medicine and honey, including most in clinical use'Six Medicinal Herbs Glutinous Rehmsnnis Bolus', has shown that thirty-three percent of the inspected pills are below China's Medicine Sanitation Standards and have been polluted by bacteria and moulds in varying degrees. Because microbes are widely distributed in nature, the channels of and reasons for the Pollution of patent boluses made from powdered chinese medicine and honey are also various, for example, the raw msterials, the production conditions, the quality of pharmaceutical staff, the package of patent medicines, the storage conditions of Patent medicines, etc. In view of those links in the pollution chain and pollution factors, how to avoid causing new diseases in taking medicine has become a problem which should be taken seriously at present.
