富锰富锌豆芽中微量组分的热分析初探

摘　　要：本文用热分析方法初步探讨了吸附在富锰富锌豆芽中的Ｚｎ，Ｍｎ已发生了化学转化．We adopted thermal analysis method, and compared the TG-DTA curve of Mn-rich, Zn-rich bean-sprout dry powder with the TG-DTA curve of raw material mixture. The comparison shows that trace elements Mn and Zn entered into beau-sprout had produced chemical change and had existed as new chemical entity.
