分形理论在宫颈癌细胞核形态研究中的应用

摘  要:将分形理论应用于宫颈癌细胞核的研究中,选取不同变异程度的宫颈癌及正常组织切片标本,通过图象分析系统,采用数盒子的方法算出细胞核边界的分维值,所得结果用Newman-keuls方法进行检验,结果表明:所检测的细胞核边界的分维值均大于其拓扑值1,即它们都是分形结构;不同变异程度的宫颈癌细胞核边界的分维值均大于正常细胞核边界的分维值,Ⅲ级宫颈癌细胞核边界的分维值与正常的相比有显著差异(P<0.01).In this research fractal geometry was used to analyse the nuclear shape of cervix carcinoma. Nuclei that had different variation degrees were chosen, the fractal dimensions of their boundaries were measured through box - counting method. Results were evaluated using Newman - keuls test.This study showed that the fractal dimensions of all the cell nuclei were greater than their topological dimensions of 1. So their nuclear boundaries are fractal structures. The fractal dimensions of nuclei of different variation degrees were greater than that of normal nuclei. There had significant difference between the fractal dimensions of nuclei of Ⅲ cervix carcinoma and for of normal (P< 0.01).
