摘 要:利用显微拉曼技术研究了植物活体的拉曼散射谱.在室温环境下,测得了法国梧桐树叶的拉曼谱.结果表明树叶中的复合物为D1/D2/Cytb559复合物,β胡萝卜素分子为全反式构型.并且D1/D2/Cytb559复合物中β胡萝卜素分子的共轭多稀链的平面处于扭曲状态.此外研究了激光照射对植物活体结构的影响.The Raman spectrum of βcartene in leaf of the tree was obtained and studied by Microscope Raman Spectroscopy under room environment.The results with Raman peaks at 1552cm-1 (ν1),1156cm-1 (ν2),1003cm-1 (ν3) and 963cm-1 (ν4) indicate that the complex in the leaf would be D1/D2/Cyt b559.It was suggested that βcartene molecules in the leaf were in alltrans configuration and the βcartene could be in the twist conformation.At last the photodemage on the βcartene structure was studied
