摘  要:利用显微拉曼技术研究了植物活体的拉曼散射谱.在室温环境下,测得了法国梧桐树叶的拉曼谱.结果表明树叶中的复合物为D1/D2/Cytb559复合物,β胡萝卜素分子为全反式构型.并且D1/D2/Cytb559复合物中β胡萝卜素分子的共轭多稀链的平面处于扭曲状态.此外研究了激光照射对植物活体结构的影响.The Raman spectrum of βcartene in leaf of the tree was obtained and studied by Microscope Raman Spectroscopy under room environment.The results with Raman peaks at 1552cm-1 (ν1),1156cm-1 (ν2),1003cm-1 (ν3) and 963cm-1 (ν4) indicate that the complex in the leaf would be D1/D2/Cyt b559.It was suggested that βcartene molecules in the leaf were in alltrans configuration and the βcartene could be in the twist conformation.At last the photodemage on the βcartene structure was studied
