水资源价值时空流研究

摘　　要：水资源价值是水资源经济管理和持续利用的关键问题之一，它在解决水资源危机中占有举足轻重的地位。水资源价值与多种因素有关，其中时间和空间尤为重要。本文对水资源价值的时空变化进行了探讨，研究了水资源价值时间流、水资源价值空间流、水资源价值时空流。结果表明，水资源价值是时空的函数，时间、空间的不同耦合方式形成各异的水资源价值流，水资源价值流沿着时空链发生变化。The value of water resources is a key problem of water resources economic management and sustainable utilization and occupies an important role in the water resources crisis.The value of water resources is affected by many factors,in which time and space are is extremely important.In this paper,the temporal and spatial variability of water resources value was discussed,and the temporal flow,spatial flow as well the temporal and spatial flow of water resources value were also studied respectively.Results show that the value of water resources is a function of time-space and evolves different flow of water resources value because time and space couple in different way and flow of water resources value changes along the chain of time-space.
