摘　　要：从可持续发展概念更高、更综合的高度和视角，对城市可持续发展的涵义、基本要素进行了分析，提出了探索性的看法，为研究城市可持续发展理论提供了新的思路。From a higher and more comprehensive veiw angle of the sustainable developmental conception,a systematic analysis is made for the meanings of urban sustainable development and its main elements and some exploring views are put forward , so that a new way of studying the theory of urban sustainable development is provided.
