摘　　要：从城市环境概念入手，对其环境特征进行了系统论述，进一步分析了城市环境功能与环境作用的关系，最后以环境容量和环境承载力两个理论为基础，提出了城市环境“容载力”的概念，为研究环境科学基本理论提供了一种新的思路。In this paper , beginning with the conception of urban environment ,a systematic analysis is made of urban environmental features and functions of service , restraint , maintenance and benefit as well as their relationships.On the basis of the theories of environmental capacity and bearing force, a new conception of urban environmental bearing capacity is put forward,so that a new way of studying the theory of environmental science is provided.
