摘　　要：本文研究空间散乱数据曲面拟合，提出一种平面上曲面拟合的逼近方法．计算能在微机上实现．数值例子表明它的有效性．In the paper, it studies surface fitting to scattered data in a space. A kind of approximation method for fitting surface on a plane have been put forward. Computation can be realized by the computer. The numerical examples has proved its effectiveness.
