双低油菜新品种川油18的选育

摘　　要：利用本地自选的高产、早熟非优质品系，与省外引进的双低品系进行常规杂交和多代定向选择，将田间的农艺性状选择与室内的品质测试选择相结合，育成产量高、品质优、熟期适中、抗逆性较强、适应性较广的甘兰型双低油菜新品种川油１８。该品种品质性状达到国家标准，芥酸含量０．６％，硫代葡萄糖甙含量１５．６６μｍｏｌ／ｇ，油酸６０．４７％，亚油酸２４．０４％。Intervarietal hybridization between local self-selecting strain which was characterized by high yield and early maturity and introduced single or double low variety as well as continuous selection was carried out A new canola quality rapeseed variety “Chuanyou 18”bearing characters of high yield ,good oil quality,medium maturity,better resistance as well as wide adaption was developed The oil quality of the variety reached national standard, for example ,the erucic acid content is 0 6%,the glucosinolates content is 15 06umol/g,the contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid in oil ,which are very important for human health,are 60 47%and 24 04%,respectively
