干地黄煎剂对5种大鼠实验性胃溃疡的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究干地黄对5种实验性胃溃疡的影响。方法:采用幽门结扎型、O.2N mol/L NaOH 型、0.6mol/L HCl 型、消炎痛型和冷束缚应激型胃溃疡模型。结果:(1)十二指肠注射12g/kg 的干地黄煎剂,可抑制幽门结扎大鼠的胃酸分泌和胃溃疡形成;(2)胃饲6g/kg 的干地黄煎剂对0.2mol/L NaOH、0.6mol/L HCl 所致的胃粘膜损伤均有显著的抑制作用;(3)胃饲6g/kg 的干地黄还能抑制消炎痛型和冷束缚应激型胃溃疡的形成。结论:干地黄对大鼠的胃粘膜有明显的保护作用,其中对幽门结扎型胃溃疡的防治可能与其抑制胃酸分泌作用有关。Objective:To study the effects of the dry Radix Rehmanniae decoction (DRRD) on 5 kinds of experimental gastric ulcer.Methods:The gastric ulcer models produced by pylorus ligation,0.2N NaOH,0.6N HCI,indomethacin and cold- restraint stress were used.Results:(1) The DRRD 12g/kg given intraduodenally inhibited markedly gastric acid secretion and formation of ulcer in pylorus-ligated rats.(2) The DRRD 6g/kg given orally inhibited markedly gastric mucosal dam- age induced by 0.2N NaOH and 0.6N HC1.(3) The DRRD 6g/kg given orally inhibited markedly the formation of ulcer induced by indomethacin and cold restraint stress,too.Conclusions:The DRRD possesses a significant cytoprotection on gastric mucosa and its effects against gastric ulcer produced by pylorus ligation might be relative to the inhibit-acid action of it.
