爱乐必防治放射性口腔粘膜损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察爱乐必对口腔粘膜放射损伤的防治效果。方法1996年1月-1998年6月60例行放射治疗的头颈肿瘤病人,随机分为防治组和对照组各30例,防治组自放疗开始使用爱乐必,每日5-7次;对照组放疗期间不用药或使用常规药物。结果防治组放射损伤程度较对照组明显降低（P＜0.01）,防治组和对照组临床疗效分别为86.67％和40％;防治组口胶粘膜出现放射损伤的时间延迟,对放射线的耐受剂量提高。结论爱乐必对口腔粘膜放射损伤有良好的防治作用,可作为头颈肿放疗的辅助治疗手段。Purpose To study the effect of LB in the prevention and treatment of radiation injury of oral mucosa. Methods From January 1996 to June 1998, 60 patients of head and neck carcinoma with radiotherapy were divided into two groups: protection and treatment group and control group. Protection and treatment group make used of LB since radiotherapy begining, 5-7f/d. Control group didn't used it or make used of routine drugs. Results The results show that protection and treatment group of radiation injuy were significantly lower than the control group. (P<0. 01 ). The clinical effect were 86. 67 % in protection and treatment group and 40% in control group. The protection and treatment group in appearance injury was postponed, and radiation tolerance was improved. Conclusion LB is a very effective drug for prevention radiation injury of mucusa. It will be a new method of adjuvant treatment for head and neck carcinoma radiotherapy.
