摘　　要：江泽民同志１９９８年６月１日在接见两院部分院士和外籍院士讲话时指出：“迎接未来科学技术的挑战，最重要的是要坚持创新，勇于创新。”并指示要：“加快建立当代中国的科技创新体系，全面增强我们的科技创新能力。”为落实江泽民同志的指示精神，迎接即将来临的知识经济时代，本文仅就农业科技创新及增强农业科技创新能力的主要对策措施作些粗浅探讨。Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out that'When we face the future competition on science and technology, it is the most important to bring forth new ideas firmly and bravely'. Then he made a direction, 'Qicken establishing the new scientific and technical idea system in today's China,heighten our abilities of the new scientific and technical ideas'while he received the part academicians of 'The Two Academies'and some of foreign academicians on June 1st, 1998. In order to carry out comrade Jiang Zemin's directions and face the coming knowledge economy time.the paper only simply explored the main countermeasures on new agricultural scientific and technical ideas and heighten the abilities of new agricultural scientific and technical ideas.
