摘　　要：研究了半导体晶圆制造企业多厂区协同生产的订单分配计划问题,以产品的生产成本和运输成本之和最小为目标,构建了生产能力有限情况下的数学模型,提出了用于求解该问题的二进制粒子群算法方案,阐明了该算法方案的具体实现过程。对典型算例进行了仿真,结果表明,粒子群算法方案的有效性和可行性。The order distribution problem of multi-location plants in semiconductor manufacturing is studied in this paper. The model of this problem, of which the object is to minimize the total cost of the production cost and the transportation cost under the system capacity restriction, is put forward. The method based on the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve this problem. The realization details of the proposed method are then illustrated. An example is presented. Simulation results of the example demonstrate that the BPSO approach is effective and promising.
