摘　　要：笔者应用胆汁酸双酶法试剂盒测定563例肝胆疾病患者血清总胆汁酸浓度,并与常规肝功能检测试验项目进行比较。结果表明,肝胆疾病患者血清总胆汁酸均有不同程度的升高;血清胆汁酸测定可作为肝功能损害的一个重要指标,对慢性活动性肝炎及肝硬化的鉴别诊断、病情监测、疗效观察和愈后判断有一定价值。Reagent kits of total bile acids enzymatic method were used to measure serum total bile acids in 563 cases of hepatobiliary diseases. The result showed that the serum total acids incresed in all cases in varied degrees, which may serve as an index of impaired liver function. So it is valuable for differential diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis of active chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis.
