恶性肿瘤患者血清总胆汁酸测定的临床意义

摘　　要：为探讨各种恶性肿瘤患者血清总胆汁酸（TBA）水平的变化及临床应用价值,采用胆汁酸双酶法对998例各种恶性肿瘤患者血清TBA进行检测分析。结果肝癌、胆管癌、胰腺癌血清TBA明显高于正常组及其它组,其中胆管癌组为最高（70.1±72.3）μmol/L;食管癌组为最低（2.9±2.4）μmol/L。表明恶性肿瘤患者血清TBA水平的测定对于病情监测、肿瘤转移、疗效观察及预后判断有一定的临床使用价值。To study the level change of total bile acids in various malignant diseasesand its value in clinical application, reagent kit of total bile acids engymatic method with automatic analyser model 7150 was used to measure total bile acids of 998 cases of various malignant tumor diseases. The levels of total bile acids in hepatic carcinoma, biliary duct cancer and pancreas carcinoma were higher than those in the normal and other groups, the level in the biliary duct cancer group being the highest (70.1±72. 3)μmol/ L, the level in the esophagus cancer group being the lowest. Determination of serum tatal bile acid in malignant diseases is of great value in illness monitoring and prognosis.
