摘　　要：本文依据近期的国外资料综述了信息高速公路的发展、作用、用途，着重谈到它的社会影响，特别是对版权保护及数据传输的安全问题。最后谈到信息高速公路的去向，认为必须加强运输的管理，兴利除弊，使其更好发挥作用。Based on lurrent materials abroad, the anther summarized the deuelopmcur, role and ase of infrmation hisharay,Stressing its social impnct, in particular, on protection of clpyrisht and safety of data fransmission.
