摘  要:本实验用四氯化碳诱发大鼠肝硬化,观察肝硬化形成中门脉和外周血中甘氨胆酸(glycocholicacid,GA)的变化。肝硬化经病理证实,结果发现肝硬化早期外周血中GA明显增高(P<0.01),门脉血中GA降低(P<0.01)。随肝硬化程度加重,外周血中GA逐渐增高,门脉血中GA逐渐降低。提示外周血中以可作为早期诊断肝硬化的指标之一,还可能反映肝硬化的严重程度。We investigated the change of the conjugated glycocholic acid (CGA) concentration in rat speripheral and portal venous blood in the course or experimental liver cirrhosis by carbontetrachloride. Liver cirrhosis was verified by histologic findings. It was found that the concentrationof CGA in peripheral venous blood increased markedly, the concentration of CGA in portal venousblood decreased in early stage of liver cirrhosis. The concentration of CGA in peripheral venousblood increased gradually, the concentration of CGA in portal.venous blood decreased gradually withthe extent of liver cirrhosis. Normal rats did not vary. The result suggested the change in theconcentration of CGA in peripheral venous blood could diagnose liver cirrhosis in early stage andjudge the degree of liver cirrhosis.
