摘　　要：本文针对高速铁路速度目标值选择涉及因素甚多，既有定量因素又有定性因素之特点，结合京沪高速铁路速度目标值的比选，探讨了利用模糊数学多层次Ｆｕｚｚｙ综合评判数模作速度目标值综合优选的方法。In accordance with the specialities of selecting the objective speed for high-speed railways concerned with many facfors including not only the quantitative factors but also the qualitative facfors, and combined with the comparison and the selection of the objective speed for the JingHu high-speed railway, a synthetic optimization method has been proposed by applying a multilevel synthetic evaluation digital model based on the fuzzy mathematics.
